Instructions:

1. Download the Boot Disk to a folder on your desktop. The Boot Disk is located at the bottom of this page.
2. Find your BIOS update file.
3. UnZip it, using WinZip.
4. Place the file in the same folder that the Boot Disk is now located.
5. Put a floppy disk into drive A.
6. Transfer the files to Drive A.
7. If you cant figure out the rest, maybe you should not be attempting to flash your BIOS.
