Web Mail:
We offer a web-based email system for easy retrieval of your recordings. You can also use message handling software to categorize, label, sort, organize, and search your recordings.

Email:
UltraMod will instantly forward your recordings to you. You will have immediate access to all audio and data collected.  Emails contain captured text data and audio from the IVR sessions. Audio answers can be threaded into single file. They can also be multiple, separate files for every collected audio answer. Also the audio files may be attached to an email, or we can just email the links to the audio files.

Phone:
Retrieval of recordings can be accessed at anytime or anywhere with a touch tone phone. Recordings can be retrieved by over the phone with a confirmation number. You can call into our automated system to listen to your stored verifications for up to four months, or longer upon request.

Open-Ended:
This a Virtual Phone Recording System. In this scenario the sales agents will do most of the talking. In many cases reading a telemarketing call script on a piece of paper in front of them.

Scripted: (automated Q&A session)
The Auto-attendant walks the buyer through pre-scripted questions and collects recorded or touch tone answers. Then we attach a Time/Date stamp and it is issued a unique confirmation number. We then email the entire verification to any email address you choose. We can also record long phone conversations that allow the sales agents to do most of the talking.

Open and Scripted (all in one):
Starts out with open ended conversation and then moves to a pre-scripted automated attendant.
